LOCATION: 93-1280 South Point Road near the corner of Kamaoa Homestead Road, about 11 miles from downtown Naalehu, less than a mile to South Point Park. Many astoundingly beautiful coastal locations and sites are within a short drive.

SOUTH POINT LOT #11: Also known as Komaoa Homesteads Lot #71, spanning about 24 acres at the corner of South Point Road and Kamaoa Homestead Road, this fertile rolling land has not been used for agricultural purposes in the modern era (possibly not at all). Otherwise toxin-free, the land might be considered premium organic. Cattle graze here on occasion and that has long been the only use to which the soil has been put. Currently the parcel accommodates a recently constructed building suitable for varied agricultural and office operations. The parcel was recently fenced with barbed and hog wire at the perimeter and internally. Internal fencing is ready for livestock use. There are two (2) cesspools, each able to accommodate the building and a future structure, respectively. A portion of the land was graded and fenced for a residential structure. Those plans are available for inspection and potential application. [See Elevations]

SOUTH POINT LOT #17: Also known as Komaoa Homesteads Lot #71, spanning about 24 acres, the land is essentially of the same nature as described above, but no structures or internal fencing. This parcel, too, was recently fenced at the perimeter.

BUILDING: Situated on Lot #11, constructed in 2009, this +/-6000-square-foot parallel heavy-duty composite steal frame and open space structure was constructed for versatility and durability. At either side beneath the single roof are two buildings of 40x60 feet each. Between the buildings is an open "breezeway" spanning about 30 feet. Three (3) roll-up doors are in line, enabling a truck or tractor to traverse from building to building across the open space while remaining beneath the single roof. Ceilings are 16 feet high and abundant natural light pouring through the 16 skylights would nicely satisfy the requirement of specialized interior agriculture. Besides the three roll-up doors are two walk-through doors. The 'Gavalum' roof and installed gutters are covered by an extended warranty from 2009. Six-inch slab foundation. Plumbing is stubbed-in for future installation of bathrooms, 3-phase electrical is in place and fed by sub-surface supply lines.

RESIDENTIAL USE: Two homes plus an employee quarters are allowed per lot. Zoning allows for a 500-1000-square-foot premises to be constructed with no permit requirement.

TAX MAP / PARCEL ID: South Point Lot 11: 3-9-3-002-005-0000-001 – South Point Lot 17: 3-9-3-029--0000-001

PRICE: $995,000 for both parcels and building. Individual parcels negotiable.
